In an old Ford we set off hunting for flavours, to build an authentic version of the McDonald's woodcutter sandwich and share the experience with you.
The Start: An Old Ford and the Magic of the Forest
We set off in the morning in the old Ford, crossing corners of the countryside. Foxx and I were ready for a special experience, combining our love of motoring with a passion for cooking. The old Ford, our faithful companion, took us on a journey full of taste and adventure.
Culinary Art in the Woods
We reached a picturesque spot where we lit a fire — the heart of our open-air kitchen. Together with Foxx we got down to a real cooking workshop. Wood we had cut ourselves and a cast-iron pot were our tools, and the forest added flavour to every dish.
The Woodcutter Sandwich over the Fire
Burger buns baked over the fire sent their smell through the forest. Foxx, a master of the kitchen, built a burger with beef and truffle, taking the flavours to a completely new level. The woodcutter sandwich had never been more authentic or more tempting!
Nature by the Fire and Tradition
This experience was not only a feast for the palate but also a meeting with nature. The fire smouldered as we cooked, and the outdoors was our unique culinary studio. Every bite was a journey through history, tradition and exceptional cooking.
