This policy describes how information about you — including personal data — is processed on the website rawwoodstudio.com.

2. What data is processed and why

• Enquiry forms (contact form, table configurator): name, e-mail address, optional phone number, the content of your message and the parameters you selected. Purpose: answering your enquiry and preparing a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for up to 3 years afterwards for the purpose of documenting our correspondence.
• Server logs: IP address, time of request, browser type. Purpose: security and administration of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Kept for up to 90 days.

3. Cookies

The public part of the site does not set tracking cookies. A technical session cookie is used only in the administration panel.

4. Recipients

Data may be entrusted to the hosting provider (servers located in the European Union) and, where required, to entities providing accounting or legal services. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland). Providing data is voluntary but necessary to answer an enquiry.

The site contains links to external services (Instagram, Google Maps, WhatsApp). Their operators process data according to their own policies.
